The Luxury Glamping Experience is the perfect way to enjoy the great outdoors in style and comfort at Glenworth Valley. Our luxurious bell tents come fully furnished and equipped with all the amenities you need for an unforgettable stay. 2 night minimum - Add extra nights for half price! Minimum 3-night stay applies to public holiday & long weekend bookings. Please note that we operate as a separate business from the Glenworth Valley campsite. Our hire rates do not cover campsite fees. Each tent comes with a queen or 2 single beds We can add up to 2 additional single beds or 3 additional single mattresses ADD-ONS CAMPING KIT for $85 - 2 burner gas cooker, gas bottle - Cookware – pot, pan, tongs, spatula, wooden spoon, bbq scraper, kettle, sharp cutting knives, chopping boards and tea towel - Camping plates and cups, cutlery - Coolbox - Outdoor table and chairs GAZEBO SHELTER for $120 When it comes to camping, you deserve to enjoy the great outdoors without worrying about the weather. You can bring your own gazebo or you can hire our gazebo shelter for complete protection from rain and harsh sunlight. Our team will take care of the installation, allowing you to focus on what truly matters—having an unforgettable experience. OUR BOOKING POLICY Check-in: 3 PM / Check-out: 10 AM. You can arrive at Glenworth Valley earlier and enjoy the valley or activities before check-in. Bookings must be paid in full to be finalised. Bookings will still run if it is raining. Our tents are waterproof and additional shade/rain cover for your outdoor area can be hired Pets not permitted Quiet time from 10pm - please respect our other guests No smoking/vapes in tents No loud/offensive behaviour - we reserve the right to ask you to leave
Cancellation Policy
In the event that a client cancels a booking, refunds will be issued according to the following guidelines: - If cancellation notice is received less than 21 days before the event date, no refunds will be available. However, the client will receive a credit equal to 50% of the paid amount. This credit is valid for one year. - If cancellation is made 21 days or more before the event, the client will receive a full refund, minus a $100 booking fee. Alternatively, a credit for the full paid amount can be issued, which is also valid for one year. Customers will receive a full refund or a credit in the case of operator cancellation due to Active Severe Weather Warning or other unforeseen circumstances. To cancel or inquire about a cancellation, please contact us by email. Please note that no-shows will be charged the full price.
