FAQ

1. How much room to I need to pitch the tent?

In order to pitch our 5M bell tent, we need the size of the tent, plus 2 meters to ensure that all our guide ropes are made secure. Which gives you a space of 7 square meter of flat soft ground.

2. How many people can fit in the tent?

We can comfortably fit 10 to 12 adults in a 5 meter bell tent for a chill out party / slumber party. For a glamping experience we can fit up to 6 adults and up to 8 kids.

3. Is there a minimum night stay?

You can book the tent for one or more nights except for the basic tent package where we require a minimum of 2 nights. 

4. Is the tent waterproof?

Our tents are 100% waterproof and will keep you snuggly and dry.

5. Is the 5M bell tent suitable for families?

Our 5 meter bell tent can accommodate a family of 6 with full bedding and styling. A Queen bed for mum and dad, and single beds for the kiddies. We even put in a couple of little surprises to make sure that everyone gets the best out of your glamping experience.

6. What happens if it rains?

Our bell tents are 100% waterproof so we still go ahead with the booking even with heavy rain however if you want to cancel due to inclement weather (temperatures above 39 degrees, heavy storms, heavy rain and/or hail, as forecast by the Bureau of Meteorology) we are happy to reschedule at no cost up until the day before your party. 

7. Can I cancel my booking? 

If you wish to cancel your booking, you can however please note that your deposit is non refundable, however we will give you a credit that can be used on your next booking with Petit Nomad Glamping.

 

8. Where can we pitch the tent?

 

You can choose to pitch the tent in our own backyard or a private land. You can also choose any location within the Sydney region where camping or a picnic for the day is allowed (Free delivery within a 30 mins radius of our depot in Frenchs Forest). Campsites must be booked separately by yourself and our prices do not include any campsite or national park fees.
