You might not think of winter as an ideal time to sleep outdoors, but glamping is no ordinary camping trip. The Family-Friendly Glamping Package
From Friday 4th July to Monday 14th July 2025, we’re offering a glamping experience perfect for families with young children. Here’s what you can expect:

Adventure Max School Holiday Camps: For kids aged 7–16, these camps offer a mix of horse riding, laser skirmish, and other exciting activities, providing a fun-filled day of adventure.
Kayaking and Abseiling: Older kids can enjoy guided kayaking tours on Popran Creek or experience the thrill of abseiling under expert supervision.

What to Bring When Glamping
While we take care of all the essentials to make your stay comfortable and cosy, here are a few things you’ll want to pack to make the most of your family glamping getaway:

Warm layers – it can get chilly at night, even inside the tent
Beanies, scarves, and gloves for early mornings and evenings
Comfortable walking shoes or gumboots (especially if it’s rained)
Sleepwear suited to cooler nights
Toiletries and personal items (including towels)
Torch or a headlamp for walking around at night
🍽️ Food & Drinks
Food, snacks, and drinks (especially family favourites and marshmallows!)
Esky or cooler (unless you’ve booked our camping kit, which includes one)
Reusable water bottles
Condiments, oil, and basic cooking staples (if you plan to cook)
Optional: Book our Camping Kit add-on for $85 and we’ll provide cookware, cutlery, crockery, a gas cooker, gas bottle, outdoor table and chairs, and more – so you don’t have to pack much at all!

Modern Amenities: Bathrooms with hot showers and running water are just a short stroll from your campsite.
Onsite Kiosk: Enjoy delicious hot breakfasts and lunches, including bacon and egg rolls, fresh toasties, pastries, barista-made coffees, ice cream, cold drinks, and hot chips. Open weekends, public holidays, and daily during school holidays.
Onsite Shop: Forgot an essential? The shop stocks toilet paper, sunscreen, detergent, firewood, ice, snacks, and more.

Please note that Petit Nomad Glamping operate as a separate business from the Glenworth Valley campsite. Our hire rates do not cover campsite fees. All guests are required to make their own campsite booking and pay the corresponding fees directly to Glenworth Valley. Book your campsite here.
